Can't say one way or the other so far after nearly a month of use, but perhaps time will tell. The presentation and delivery method of this product are first rate, particularly because dosage is managed for you, but so far I don't see a difference in my hair. I know that hair quality and quantity sometimes takes a while to show up, so I'll keep at it. The directions say to use one vial after shampooing three times a week, so the set of 12 vials is designed to be a month's supply. I don't wash my hair quite that often so it may take longer for results to show up and I'll happily update if they do, but so far, no change.
