Mild fragrance, light lotion; Dewy Results

Cleanformance Moisture Glow Cream by Doctor Babor (a German skin care company) comes in a beautiful 1.69 ounce hard milk jar and retails for $60 at the time of writing. This is a great moisturizing product, but for me it's a little pricey for a 1.7 ounce lotion. And while I don't like added fragrance, I don't find it necessary to add fragrance to skincare products. Most of the time I would prefer it not to smell at all. This one is smooth, not floral or overpowering. I have used several of Babor's products and appreciate how they clearly list their ingredient list and give the user information about the function of the compounds they contain. See images for ingredient information. According to the packaging, most (98%) of the ingredients in this cream are of natural origin. There are essential extracts and oils such as grapeseed oil, sweet almond oil, sunflower oil, sodium hyaluronate (salts of hyaluronic acid), fermented ingredients, etc. This cream has an added fragrance. The smell is soft and pleasant, does not linger on the skin. The light white lotion spreads well and is absorbed well, is non-greasy and leaves the skin feeling moist. I have mature (40+), sensitive, acne-prone combination skin. Although it is suitable for all skin types, those with dry skin are more likely to reap the moisturizing benefits. If you are oily, you may find that it leaves too much shine or shine on your skin. Either way, it's gentle and doesn't feel sticky.
