I bought this item to save money (a lot of money actually) on my ink. They came quickly and worked until 2 days ago. My printer went through a firmware update, after which I suddenly got error messages that the ink was "not recognized". It turns out that MFR blocked the use of non-original cartridges. I contacted support to see what could be done (after uninstalling the updated firmware) and they knew exactly what happened and provided a solution that was more than fair. Service similar to what I've experienced will definitely make me buy them again as long as this printer lasts.
