The Switch Lite was my first console purchase in over a decade, and it did not let me down. As someone who has always been wary of consoles and who does not consider gaming on the XBox and PS to be legitimate, I found that my attention kept turning to the miracle device from Nintendo due to a combination of factors, including a relatively high number of trips, travel, the need to relieve nervous tension at work, and the desire to be lazy and play in bed. Zelda, Doom, Skyrim, Divinity, Wolfenstein, Borderlands, Bioshock, Beholder, a plethora of bagels (Dead Cells, Enter the Gungeon, City of Brass, Neon Chrome), fantastic platformers (Trine, Planet Alpha, SteamWorld), and countless others are just a few of the "tasty" options. Many evaluations were read, and the decision was made to purchase the lite version because of its reduced file size. The console is well worth the money, and here are just a few reasons why: - games run smoothly; - the graphics are stunning; - the screen's size and resolution don't bother me; - the battery lasts, on average, for about three hours when the brightness is at its highest; - the console's dimensions are just right for me; - it fits snugly in the palm of my hand; - the controls are easy to learn and master; - catching veloci Wife quickly caught on to the fun of puzzles, platformers, and racing games a week after purchase, causing occasional console battles. I've been considering getting another one soon to finally put an end to all of these fights.
