Good fit compared to the first case ordered. I love the fact that I can take the cover off and off to attach it to my elliptical trainer. Nice magnetic closure and fold. My pen is holding up well. It doesn't match my cover, but that doesn't bother me too much. I love that I can close the case and the pencil doesn't move. Disabling loading is good. The notch next to the touch button is odd, but it doesn't affect anything on my end. I only received it today but I love it so far. Hopefully this can protect my iPad as I can be clumsy.
