It's shiny but it's okay

This belt description is incorrect. I managed to attach it to a belt buckle and the existing buckle is not removable so you can replace it. It doesn't look like plastic, but it's definitely not higher quality leather. The glitter on it is beautiful. Let's see how the crystals hold up while driving. Greatness approached. I ordered a small based on other reviews and I would say it's great. I'm a size 7. If you're a size or 2 down, the little one will fit. If you are under 4 years old you will need xs sm which is not for sale.
