Advantages: 1) Material soft on the skin, good length, acts as a windbreak. Cons: 1) Although soft, the material doesn't breathe at all, after 15 minutes of riding I was sweating and it felt like I had a wet cloth sack on my head, which was sweat soaked and heavy. 2) The top part that covers the head seems narrow and a little tight and also the face opening seems to be made for a smaller head or child, the part that covers the mouth/nose kept slipping in my eyes and because of the tight fit it felt like I was wearing a wet suit/mask or gas mask where it should look more like a sweatshirt. In summary, I would not recommend it even for a person with a small head because of the material it is made of. Doesn't breathe, gets wet from head sweat for the first 15 minutes of activity, then becomes a wet dumbbell. Smaller than usual face opening with narrower headband. For me personally it did the trick, having it for the first 10-20 minutes totally screwed it up, became useless and even more problematic so I had to take it off and just put my hat on and I've never looked back. hp I ended up using it as a rag to clean my car. Look for something different.
