Flickering on 2011 BMW X3

Installed in the fog lights on my 2011 BMW X3. They are very bright as they have a small projector lens at the very end but considering they are LED the light output is not the best. I noticed yesterday that I started the car while parked in front of the big window, the LED fog lights flashed when I turned on the ignition, but when I turned on the fog lights they came on with no problem. Driving to work this morning the car started flashing fog light messages but they were still on given what I saw in the reflection of the car in front of me. If you want your fog lights to actually put out a decent light, get a xenon kit or GOOD (not cheap) halogen bulbs like the super bright Philips or similar.
