Not High Enough: Home Office Desks

I planned to use this to work in bed while recovering from an operation. It can't be adjusted high enough for that and I don't even have a box spring bed. In addition, the 4-knob adjustment is cumbersome and difficult for one person to adjust to the table height. That would be nice if you only plan to use it on the sofa and don't need to adjust the height often.
