The only downside is it has been said before but still applies; you need an agent who knows how this software works at all times or there will be headaches as well! We have reduced downtime significantly since implementing powerterm across multiple sites throughout Canada & US. Our users love not having to go through several different logins when accessing their servers remotely which used to take hours every day due to security issues. This helps us reduce customer service costs also because we can get answers quicker than ever. Remote desktop solutions seem like they should do everything out of box however sometimes even if something does work right away another issue arises later down stream so I recommend testing things thoroughly first. Security concerns were previously solved using many tools such as VNC Viewer etc., now these problems don't exist anymore thanks to Powers.
