I've worn almost every brand of running shoe over the years, but mostly I've run Brooks and ASICS. I started looking around again after my last pair of ASICS got noticeably narrower and seemed to wear out pretty quickly. As an archer, finding the right shoe can be difficult; For me, neutral shoes usually worked best, and out of curiosity, I decided to try out a pair of Saucony Men's Zealots in a lovely orange, blue, and lemon Vizi color scheme. I'm a tall runner (6'2", 210 pounds) and wear a size 12 in most shoes. They fit perfectly right out of the box. One thing I immediately noticed and appreciated was the exceptional fit: the toe box is wide and comfortable and the shoes seem worn from the first wear.I know it's a matter of personal preference but the only minor gripe I have is that I would have liked a little more cushioning in the forefoot , but overall I found the cushioning for the weight and fit to be very good shoes on a whim, I liked them a lot more than I expected and they are now a staple of my shoes I am really grateful that I found these shoes I have and can't imagine not watching Saucony in the future.
