Pretty nice controller. I played Xbox for years and switched to PlayStation after the Xbone controversy, so I had to learn a new controller. Unfortunately, the touchpad is more of a gimmick than anything else. A few games use it for small things, but it's always kind of stupid. Although the light bar is actually quite steep. Many games do a great job of setting the mood with a light bar. The battery life is pretty good. You can play for about four or five hours without requiring a charge. The controller feels a lot smaller in hand than an Xbox controller and is a bit awkward for me personally, but I fix that with joystick extensions so I don't have to bend my thumbs all the way in to use the controller. I prefer hanging triggers to the sealed ones on Xbox. This gives you a little more control. Having the d-pad on the left is also very useful. So when playing on the battlefield, I can keep aiming while changing scope or pulling out an RPG. The only downside I've seen is that the rubber on the joysticks peels off after about a year of heavy use, which isn't really a big deal and you can just buy covers to fix it. Overall, it has some useless details. to that, but in general the controller is suitable for both shooters, RPGs and racing games. And you can save some money by buying this on Amazon. It's worth it if you need another.
