I give this product 1 star! I received it with a broken wheel! The chair itself is overall good, which is what I expected for the price. Easy assembly, everything simply fits together, nothing needs to be screwed. To my surprise, the wheels are PLASTIC! Not durable plastic either. Very very cheap plastic. The wheels of this wheelchair are one of the most important features. I contacted the email address given in the instructions in the box only to find out it wasn't a valid email. I have contacted the company through Revain to inquire about the possibility of a wheel change but have not yet received a response. For this reason I decided to return the goods but now I can't disassemble them and they don't allow me to return them assembled! The whole experience really annoys me.
