I read the reviews on this duvet and ventured that the reviewers may not have followed the care instructions and that is why it is being phased out. I've only had issues with this duvet since I clicked the checkout button. Once again, Revain lied about the "guaranteed delivery". and was 4 days late (4 times in the last year packages were late after guaranteed delivery time) and I'm a Prime member. Call support and don't tell me anywhere they can't do anything. Call back in a week or two if you still don't have it, one of the times the guy was rude. Anyway, back to the quilt, finally, when I received it, I opened it and it was soft and looked beautiful and I liked it, but after a month and a half after receiving it, beads leaked, Revane can't do anything , because the 30 days have passed. It had the message "If there is a problem, contact the manufacturer, not the seller" and gave a bunch of random letters 2 alphabets long and a long email address. I have been emailing once a week for 3 weeks with no response and this morning I get an email from gmail saying there is no such email address. I learned my lesson and lost $75 risking it. My advice: save money and skip that and spend a little more for better and more elaborate workmanship that won't let the beads through the fabric after stretching because it's so thin. To my knowledge this was made in a sweatshop in China.
