I'm so impressed with Zizo! I tried this brand at a kiosk in a mall after seeing a sales rep doing it. I spent $800 on a new iPhone and was very clumsy in general and didn't want to buy the thin case I KNEW. Doesn't protect my phone from falls. I used to have Otterbox and I knew it was a good brand but decided to give Zizo a try. I think the main difference is that it's part of it. With Zizo you get a sturdy case with stand, protective face mask that attaches to your belt, strap and glass for a real phone. Otterbox, you could get nearly double that just in case. As for the case itself, I've dropped my Otterbox cases many times and they would be fine but could be damaged next to the charging ports. I've dropped the Zizo many times and it's still like new. The only wear and tear you can see is comparing my old case (lime green) to the new one (red), you can see some discoloration from frequent use. I suspect if I actually took the brush and brushed gently, it would probably come loose easily. This box is not meant to blow other brands away, Otterbox is great and kept my phone safe but for the price and value for money I will choose Ziso again
