I first heard about Orige when they recently launched their first Indiegogo campaign. I was definitely interested in learning more about their headphones and was delighted when they finally went on sale at Revain. I've used them enough recently to form an opinion on their performance. Overall I am very happy with these headphones. For the price they're aiming for, they're very competitive with other sports headphones in this general style. However, there are a few key characteristics that I think set them apart from the competition and other more well-known and established brands. really nice and the headphones are easy to put on and take off. A thin wire with silicone pads is very convenient. After you put them on properly, you don't feel them there. Ear cup angle - For some reason the angle of the ear cups relative to the main body of the headphones is perfect for my ears. With other headphones I've used, I've often had trouble fitting the headphones properly to my ear and blocking my ear canal. These fit great! I also like that there are 4 tip sizes. Most of the others I saw only had 3 sizes. sound/speaker. I'm not sure if these are the speakers Orige uses or their HDR audio design, but the sound from them is really good. Marketing via the sound stage is correct. They sound great in many scenarios of different music genres with enough bass, mids and highs. Battery life. I had no problems with the battery life. The quick charge function also worked. You can top up a significant amount in just 20-30 minutes. Call quality - I often make calls at work. You've done very well on numerous conference calls. I could hear clearly and the soundproofing was great for working in a noisy office. Others also commented that I sounded clear and had a good mic. Voice control is interesting. I love that you can control various functions with your voice without having to use your phone. You can play, pause, and do a few other things just by speaking into your headphones. The integration with Siri and Google Assistant via the VoiceQ function is also practical. Room for Improvement ------------------------------------------ Overall I think it's great, but nothing is ever perfect. A few things I would like to see. More flexible cable between headphones. I hope the 'kinks' on the neck cord will straighten out over time (due to twists in the packaging). wireless charger I hope that one day Orige will come up with a different charging port. Micro-USB works fine, but I just don't like micro-USB. I keep flipping back and forth trying to connect it. I don't even know if that's possible, but maybe something like a magnetic charger would work. However, it might not work because I know they have firmware that can be updated via micro USB and computer. I don't know, it's just a little thing. I've also uploaded a video I made - I hope this gives some insight into my thoughts and opinions on this product as well!
