Wow! I just used a towel soaked in water.

Wow! I used a towel soaked in just water and one to dry to clean the film on the inside of my car's windshield, which my husband ignored until it was difficult to see through in daylight and nearly impossible to see at night. . . Arrived absolutely clean! no streaks, no residue, just pure water. I've tried glass cleaner spray before, but it just smeared the goo.
