Great Customer Service for Digital Asset Management

There are few things that we have seen that makes SecureDAM different than other DAM solutions. 1. The team that worked on the product is very customer focused. This is refreshing, as I have worked with other companies that focused more on their own agenda than the customers.2. The pricing model is simple and affordable. It is a one-time license fee, which is a big plus. 3. The customer support team is very quick to respond to any issues. I like the ability to have a call center in another country, which allows me to get my questions answered quickly. I would like to see SecureDAM implement more customer service options like chat or email. We are solving the distribution of digital assets to the right people at the right time. SecureDAM allows us to do this without the problems of multiple emails being bounced back and forth.

Pros
  • Easy way for users/admins create groups.
  • Very fast response times by salespeople when there's an issue (usually within 24 hours)
  • Quickly implemented changes from management if necessary; they've been really good about responding promptly whenever something comes up
Cons
  • Not enough customizable widgets available outofthebox
  • No direct integration between Salesforce orgs &/or
