You start to sweat after a few minutes
The support doesn't make you feel like you can't breathe, it's comfortable, snug and the velcro can keep tightening when you start to lose inches on your waist.
After some minutes you sweat even if you don't work out. The cell phone holder that comes with it only fits on the wrist but that's good enough for me, I wouldn't be using my phone that much during exercises anyways but the touch screen still works through the plastic.
