In general, it looks quality. The material is vinyl so it won't last more than a couple of years, especially if it's outdoors. It fits my Yamaha perfectly with the extra rear seat and still room. The lid almost sinks into the floor. I have a 4 inch lift kit. If yours is higher off the ground, the lid should adequately cover the sides. It is very difficult for me to put the cover on by myself. I run one side over the roof and when I run the other side over the roof, the first side slides off. I learned how to fold the cover lengthways, place it on the back seat and pull it on from back to front. No markings for front or back, so if I got it on correctly I wrote "front" on the front end. I love it and would buy it again.
