My damn order was canceled and then my bank account didn't have the exact amount the monitor was worth for over a week. I finally got my money back after they said my credit card was not charged. In general I like the product, not a single dead pixel, bright as hell. so bright I lowered it to 50% and it's still brighter than any of my ctr monitors
