Review on HCL Compass by Ramon Hood

I like that it was easy enough to get up an running in our environment without much assistance from their team of consultants or support staff. It does have some quirks that can be confusing at first but with time understanding them you'll find they are not so bad after all! As stated above there were only minor issues we had while getting started. We've been able solve those problems ourselves through trial & error. There is nothing i dislike about this tool other than maybe needing more training sessions regarding how best to use it once setup properly - as others said though most problems stem out of lack of proper knowledge on where certain features should go rather than any wrong feature itself. The benefits include being able to quickly turn around projects which would otherwise take months / years to complete if done manually.
