I have rimless reading glasses that I use on my computer and these have been a great addition to protect my eyes from blue light and computer or cellphone radiation. They weigh nothing and are only slightly noticeable when worn (only if you look for them). They're flipped, so if you don't need a light shade, you can just flip them up and down as needed. They are STRONG, they are very well made. I highly recommend them! So grateful they are available to people who don't wear glasses but occasionally carry a reader and want to protect their eyes. I sleep well so I can't judge that. I don't wear it outside so not sure about the highlights, they are slightly tinted - a shade of yellow and a shade of gray on the 2nd pair. It doesn't really affect the color.
