Very moisturizing! Best Toners and Astringents
Love this toner. I use it for 7 skins and it works so well. They recently updated their brand and product and it works even better than before for 7 skins. It's hard to find now so I had to look for another toner for now but will definitely come back to this one once it becomes more affordable.
