Here in northern Minnesota we're expecting 2 nights of -30F temperatures and winds approaching -50F. I always look forward to my preheated bed. I love the softness and have enjoyed using it to warm my bed. I turned it on 10 minutes before bed, enjoyed the warmth while reading for a while, then turned it off again. Never left it on overnight, never had to wash it, never stepped on or pinched parts of the heating element. He just lies on the bed the whole time since he got it. This morning, 33 days later, the control panel showed a blinking E. I unplugged it (both ends) for a few hours, nothing. I've also tried fiddling with the cord, plugging it into the outlet instead of the strap, etc. Nothing. He's basically dead and Revain returns expire in 3 days. The worst thing is that my dad always gives me a Revain gift certificate for my birthday in December. After a long search for a good product I decided on this one. Disappointed and now I'll be a coward about it.
