Lots of good reviews on this Oral-b 1500 encouraged me to take a chance and get a "good" one. Immediately ready for use, quick test in seconds. works well. Put it on the charging base, the indicator flashes, everything is ok. Six hours later nothing on the charger, nada, broken, complete failure. It just won't turn on. Period. I give Revain full credit for their very prompt and helpful service, getting a replacement on the go immediately. Thank you Maria, you did well. Period, and it seems like it should be resolved by now. I hope I now have a chance to get a working one. Two months of flawless performance since the first check. If I had received this replacement first I would have easily gotten four or five stars.
