It costs money.

I liked the scent of Shower Pop. 2 used and both smell good. I would suggest adding more fragrance oil and including a small sachet to put your soda in and hang in the shower. I bought a small bag for shower fizz and hung it on the shower trolley. The steam from the shower and a small amount of water in the shower sizzles and the scent is pleasant but not as strong as I would like. Of course, these bubbly bath products are designed to lie on the floor in the shower, so are scented, but they only last for 1 shower.
