So when I first received this backpack at the end of May (now October 4th) I was in love with it but my opinion is changing. Bear with me while I tell you both the positives and the negatives. When I got back to work, I carried my PISA in my PISA bag. But I travel far into the city and also have a lunch bag and a computer backpack with me. I've been looking for a pump backpack that will fit all of this without spending a fortune. Whoever designed the function of this backpack clearly understands the needs of a commuting mom. I've been using it 2-3 times a week for 4 months. Pros: - You can fit a Medela fridge in the built-in cooling compartment - Its perfect size for PISA + Medela fridge. However, I also occasionally stuff my S2 in, I just had to put my Medela cooler on top of the pump instead of in the cooler compartment. There is a side pocket perfect for a battery and a PISA socket. - When using PISA, there is enough space in the "large" compartment to also accommodate a parts bag and a small lunch. In addition, the laptop compartment offers space for one or two books and some work accessories (Mythos, umbrella, etc.). The shoulder straps are comfortable and the back close to the back is very soft. The canvas-like material it is made of. fairly durable Cons: - It was a bit uncomfortable - It's too textured so it feels like a super soft straight board on the back. About the 10th-12th time I've used it, the zipper head on the front pocket (a small accessory pocket for things like cash and a work ID) fell off, so I can't use that pocket now - uncomfortable but not of major concern - After about 2 months the end of the zipper in the bottom of the cooler compartment started to "pop out". If they sewed the end of the zipper into the bag, this wouldn't have happened. - annoying but no big deal - last week the zip head fell off the zip in the fridge compartment - BIG promotion! And that's the main reason why I give this backpack 2 stars.
