Black cartridge issues: Customer Service has taken care of it.
The color cartridge works fine but the black one doesn't work at all. The printer did not recognize the black cartridge. Their customer support was excellent and they honestly tried to solve the problem, they said the ink was a new product and sent a replacement. I would buy again.
