I bought this item elsewhere, but I still want to give a review. I needed something to keep my bed from rolling on the hardwood floor in my apartment and lifting the bed helped me. I simply removed the wheels from the metal bed frame and placed my bare legs on the risers. I was scared to buy bed risers because I've read all the bed reviews from people breaking through plastic risers in the middle of the night. So far, the bed attachments make a quite robust impression. Update - 01/23/2014 ________________________________________________________________________ One broke after about 2 years. This was because my friend jumped up and down on the edge of the bed. So there was a lot of pressure at one corner. However, I would say it was good for what I paid for.
