One star for the packaging: nice clear plastic box but had to throw it away as it takes up too much space. I put another star for good looks: a beautifully chosen color is varnished, no chips or sketches. One star for fast shipping. I have to deduct a star for the tension, it is too loose and difficult to control. Another star for grip, bad grip on short hair, a little expensive feature.
