Frustrating and not very powerful

Luckily I bought this during a lightning sale otherwise I could have worked up a sweat. I was hoping to get a steamer that I could use to groom the creases in the backdrops. Unfortunately, the vapor level in this device is fairly weak and inefficient, and filling the tank alone isn't enough to steam a shirt, let alone a 10-foot wad. Also, the travel case that comes with it is too small - I struggled to fit the case and power cord in, but the attachment just didn't fit. All in all it was a big disappointment.
