I purchased these Sperry Top-Sider Sea Kite Shoes after trying them on at a local shoe store. I would have bought them at this store but they weren't my size. I bought the shoes for a cruise to Antarctica. The cruise guide recommended deck shows for the trip and I chose them because I could carry them on my boat later. The choice was good. During a seven day cruise, I wore Sea Kits almost every day all day. I didn't have time to break them in before the cruise, but it wasn't necessary. They resemble sneakers with good arch support but look like regular leather deck shoes. How can you lose with such a combination?
