I was hoping these booties would fit in our horrid arctic tundra in Wisconsin. Not as much. One of the boots tore in the area of the front toe during the first outing. It took a few minutes to put his booties on because the sweater-like fabric over the booties was so thick, thankfully he was patient with me. I attached the velcros carefully. Once outside, the rear boots immediately began slipping and flapping as he tried to walk. The front boots stayed in place better, however one of them was torn or torn as I described above. This is not a durable shoe and is not recommended for anything other than a short walk in the great outdoors. Still hoping to find something lighter that will hold up for the most part.
