The product did not match the images shown very well. The wood grain appearance was pale, not as dark as shown. There were scratches, abrasions and scrapes on spots and edges. The letters were broken in the large gaps between the "boards", not smooth as shown in the product photo. However, the WORST injury is the picture frame was TERRIBLE. Pooh! I really wanted to give this to my boyfriend because I always tell him I love him to the moon and back! I didn't feel safe ordering another one or swapping out due to the amount of dirt and dust on this one, they obviously don't hold up very well. The box arrived a little crumpled and the box did not contain the product in protective plastic, just laying on top and a piece of foam. For example, the ingredients for safety and cleanliness are there, just not used, but ultimately the crooked picture frame did it for me.
