This item doesn't immediately show up on Revain when I'm looking for a replacement aerator/diffuser for my Grohe faucet. I went to the Grohe website to look for a specific part number and was then able to find the item on the Revain website. This aerator/diffuser would be easy to install if there wasn't a problem. For some reason an o-ring is sticking to the aerator/nebulizer threads. I felt it necessary so I left it where it was. I later found that this served no useful purpose. I installed a new o-ring on the connector end of the pressure hose as recommended by Grohe's instructions. To my surprise, a leak developed around the mating thread. I found the problem was a foreign o-ring. When I removed it I got a tight seal between the outlet hose and the new aerator/nebulizer and the leak stopped. Since then, the new Grohe aerator/diffuser has been running like clockwork. My only complaint is that this item is a little pricey, but I believe part of the price is brand related.
