The best thing is it's free for use and easy to set up. I have used other programs before but this has been by far my favorite so far! It doesn't allow you to save files easily which can be annoying sometimes. I would recommend trying out their trial version first since they do offer a 14 day trial period. We are able to track our inventory more efficiently than we could with Excel or another program.
