The ruffle edge of the socks stretched as soon as I put the sock on. I don't even have big ankles or anything like that. It seems that this product is some kind of garbage chute; Some people find socks with very puckered socks, while others (like me) get socks that are not as puckered and therefore stretch after putting them on. The only other reason for this might be that I'm small and have smaller feet so instead of ending at my ankles, the sock ends higher on the wider part of my leg. The socks themselves aren't bad, I'll keep them, but it's a shame the sock wasn't what was advertised.
