First real review on Ebay but experimenting with the unit whil watching football this afternoon. Unit appears to do everything it is supposed to do. It pulls in all the FM stations very well and sound is surprisingly good for such a small unit. It does not pull in any AM stations and has no external antenna ability. I have another extendable antenna that is twice as long as this unit so will keep that with the unit for future emergency use. I wanted to order another portable battery run TV/AM/FM unit but since TV now moved to digital, my current unit does not work and it has degraded over time for the analog AM/FM stations. As far as the SW and NOAA functions, I scrolled thru them a bit but got no results so could be becuase I'm not close enough here in SW FL or maybe no NOAA warnings right now. I also like that besides the 500mh built in battery, it has space for 3 AA batteries. For the bucks, probably a good purchase.
