My dog has a special diet so I have to cook her food which I do in bulk and freeze her. We have made several trips with this fridge freezer and have used it to keep their food frozen on the go. We have an outlet in the car, so traveling in an SUV works well. My husband and I used it for cold drinks and snacks on short trips. If you drive a lot, this is great. Our only problem is that we had to take it to the hotel for the night because of course it has to stay connected to the network. However, this has nothing to do with the quality of this product. Before we go next time, we're thinking about putting in some sort of battery so it runs all night without lugging it to and from hotels.
