Female Voice Static Noise

These are amazing Bluetooth headphones but my only problem is that when I turn on my music or TV shows etc but as soon as I turn it off it makes no noise it just happens, when I use it and it does it throughout my work shift. I'm not sure why this is happening, but I'm not sure what to do to prevent it.
