Just LOVED IT! Comes pre-assembled. Easiest machine to put it together, no instructions needed tbh. It's well made, sturdy, a must own for a home-gym. Def worth every penny spent on it.Okay. So I had my first workout session tonight, and it felt amazing. I would say this machine fit both genders around the 5:8" on height. You welcome for that height note in my review! . :)Other machines I had to return were actually replaced based on that problem, too short, too small for tall people like me and didn't feel comfortable.So I'll keep on using my new toy at home, I will update my review later to see if it gets its 5 stars. :) Get yours ASAP!
