Three granddaughters
Not cross-generational, but perfect for my needs. My two eldest granddaughters are now in college and my youngest, a couple of years old, is a little lonely at times. I searched and searched for something that represented their bond as sisters, was mature enough for two young people, and still appealed to the youngest at eight. I wasn't there when they opened them but they told me they liked them. The next time I saw the youngest, she was wearing hers and indicating which heart belonged to each of her sisters and which belonged to her.
- It brought tears to our eyes when our daughter opened it for Christmas. Such a sweet gesture in honor of Grandma.
