The Inter Design Arlo trolley with wheels is a beautiful, durable, multifunctional trolley made of steel. Although labeled as a bar cart, it can be used as a kitchen cart, wheeled flower and plant stand or wheeled tool cart in a garage or tool shed. The trolley is delivered unassembled. Assembly takes 10 to 15 minutes. Very few parts need to be assembled. Basically attach two shelves to the frame and then attach the wheels. The instructions are not as clear as I would like. They are ok but don't take into account some details. There are two wheels that rotate 360 degrees and two are fixed. Easy to manoeuvre. The cart is all steel except for the wheels and decorative washers. The white finish looks good, there are no stains or scratches on the car. It's easy to clean. Simply wipe with a damp cloth.
