I am 5ft 8in tall and weigh between 145-150lbs. I ordered the medium and the large and the medium was great. I have narrow shoulders and wider hips and this dress fits me like a glove. It can certainly fit someone with bigger shoulders and chest than me, it's a nice thick material that stretches well. It's a nice modest length and I tuck the knee length under my clothes. I like the zip option so you can choose how much to show on the chest. Perfect for business style - I'd like it in black, that's my only hover.
