It's hard to believe you did everything right. After watching numerous YouTube videos and posting multiple times, I still don't get it. The zipper on the front door is very difficult to zip up/unzip because the front stretch runs right in front of it, requiring you to undo the stretch every time you get in and out. That's easy. I took it on a 4 day hike - no heavy rain so not sure how it fares in the rain. The floor could use its own tent loops to keep the floor in place and not wrinkle. The tent will have creases even after tightening.
