I have recently made a purchase from this business consisting of a set of kitchen utensils; however, I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the items. The products appeared to be of high quality on the website; however, upon receipt, they were found to be flimsy and of poor construction. After only a few uses, a few of the utensils broke, and the remaining ones showed evidence of wear and tear from continued use. I made a request for a refund through the company's customer service department, but their reaction was sluggish and unhelpful. This is not a business that I would recommend to anyone seeking to purchase high-quality goods for their house or kitchen.
