The palette looked amazing when I received it. I read the reviews like an idiot after I bought it, but I didn't give up hope. I already knew it wasn't just bad pigment as soon as I dipped the brush in (the brushes that come with it are a joke). I even tried using the wet brush technique but it just didn't work. The glitter made me too nervous to even try. So rough and itchy even on the hand. In fact, all the pigments were itchy, so maybe I'm allergic. (sigh) I don't think it's worth what little I spent. But watch your money and possibly an allergic reaction.
