We use it for two things - 1) Event planning/marketing; 2) In store promotions (browsers only). Both applications have been very easy to set up with our client reps which makes us look good! It has made managing events much easier than if we were using spreadsheets manually. The analytics are great too but I wish that they had more detailed reports so that we can pull data out further down into each day/hour etc. Also would like some way to tie this back to Google Analytics where there will sometimes discrepancies between what's reported by GA vs Gimbel. If nothing else its helped me organize my thoughts about how many people showed up from social posts versus direct mailings.
