Review on Mouse Logitech M100, dark gray by Stanislaw Grzechnik ᠌

Not at all what I expected.

In brief, I purchased this mouse from Logitech in 2022 for approximately 350 dollars because I liked their products and already owned a Logitech keyboard and an outdated PlayStation 2 mouse at home. However, after two years of consistent use, the USB connector on the mouse broke. She got less distinct or vanished altogether. I needed to find a donor mouse so that I could replace the cord on it. After the cable was changed, a new issue manifested itself, which was referred to as "double click," and although it was initially "cured" with the assistance of the program, this eventually proved to be ineffective. It was necessary for me to disassemble the button and "bend" the contacts within it. It functioned normally for another half a year after that. After that, the problem with the double click started to affect me on a more regular basis, and the "repair" that involved taking apart the button was only helpful for a month. As a consequence of this, I was unable to take it any longer and decided to purchase an Oklick 245m for myself. It is even more affordable, coming in at only 250, and it makes my job much more enjoyable in every sense of the term. The outdated M100 is currently stowed away in a container. It is now being manufactured in the B100 variant, thus I would not recommend purchasing it. According to my assessment, the issues have not been resolved.

Pros
  • At first glance, it appeared to have a shape that would fit the hand nicely. After that, though, I came to the conclusion that the mouse possesses absolutely no redeeming qualities.
Cons
  • The first two years were spent serving in a faithful manner. Then I started having frequent breakdowns, and that's when I understood that it wasn't even worth continuing to take medication. It's really unfortunate that the quality is lower than the defender. Old mice made by Logitech could function normally for years without issue, however this is not the case with this particular mouse. The standard of quality is significantly lower here. The scroll wheel makes a lot of noise, and it's quite noisy for me. The amount of clicks is, more or less, within acceptable limits.
